Our Services

Patternshop : All customer requirements are met with excellent performance by the expert designer staff. Benefitting from the latest and most common production software programs such as Gerber and Assist.

Planning : Pre-production analyses, lead timing and preliminary examinations of all stages of production are conducted in the Planning Department which is the most important stage of the production process. In addition, in-house and workshop production planning is carried out in order to obtain the fastest production and shipment. Besides, the customers are informed accordingly on weekly basis.

Cutting : In the Cutting Department of Enteks are completed 3 000 cuttings per day by the use of automatic cutters and cloth spreading machines.

Printing- Embroidery (Embelishment) : All printing and embroidery artworks are applied on the garment in the most suitable way according to production and design,before or after the washing.

Sewing : In house and outsourcing production is carried out under the inspection of well equipped quality management team by employing of expert sewing operators and applying the most suitable machinery and techniques in order to obtain the best results in the most effective way.

Washing : The high quality and our distinction can be seen very clearly in our washed and dyed products, dry and wet treatments, and dye methods applied by using of the latest technology and techniques, and by benefitting from our 15 year experience. Priority is given to the human health and the environment in our companies. In light of this, no internationally recognised hazardous chemicals or carcinogens are used in our premises.

Packaging : Going through scintilla, yarn severing, ironing, size and colour inspections the products are also inspected by our production monitoring team, and finallly, by our quality management team according to the aql standards. The goods are packaged after quality reports are prepared according to the obtained results.

Shipment : The products ready for shipment are delivered in hangers or in boxes to the required destinations by leading logistics companies. The packing lists and commercial invoices are arranged simultaneously by the corresponding department according to the customers’ demands.
